When I started having back issues I chose to go to Steph for Massage & Zones based on knowing her background in Healthcare. After working in X-ray, then ultrasound and now as a massage therapist her knowledge of the body and how we move has helped dictate how she massages and treats the problem areas. Going to her has been key to regaining my mobility and the mental health benefits that go along with being able to move and exercise without pain. Definitely an incredible value to have Steph and the services she performs and this area is lucky to have her!
