Booked an appt over a month ago for a men’s hair cut. Showed up for the appt, and refused to cut my hair. They stated they don’t cut men’s haircut and they forgot to write me on the schedule
Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unorganized

I scheduled myself for a wash and cut. Girl who cut my hair was too busy initially talking to her visiting family to even introduce herself to me and had me sit. Continued talking to her family and ignored me. Finally after her family left she asked what style I wanted and I said I wanted 3-4 inches cut off and long layers. She started cutting. No wash, no spritzing my hair with water to get rid of the kinks (I don't have straight hair and it was in a pony tie all day). Too
