This a great facility. Great customer service and clean facility. However the steam and sauna services are usually broken and takes forever to get fixed. While writing this review I am waiting for customer service on the phone to tell me if the sauna and steam are fixed. After waiting for 7 minutes they decided to hang up.

This is a lovely gym, friendly staff, lots of equipment, well maintained and clean BUT, my goodness the music is awful. Actually awful is kind, it is truly appalling. Please see if you can do something, you really do deserve five stars for everything else.

Absolutely great area, they have basketball, a track, a gym, a pool, sauna, and a steam room! So many things to help people get in shape. So many nice employees and it is easy to get a membership. Limited food and drinks in vending machines, and the building is decorated beautifully with options to sign up for CPR training, and other classes. Entrance is in the parking garage or through the main building, I perfer the parking garage as it is is easy to find. Lots of room to park, and lots of machines. All the gym equipment tells you what muscles your working on with a diagram of the body park in red, showing us which muscles with grow. Absolutely the best experience!
