We've had Mike out 3 times for different fixes and every time he has been extremely personable and professional. He always comes out at his earliest convenience and is very fairly priced. Nice to have a go to plumber!
Mike D’Orazio was great! I
had a minor leak coming from our kitchen sink and he came out to take a look. Turns out there was nothing majorly wrong, just that the faucet is a bit old. I decided not to replace it and just keep an eye on it. Mike didn’t charge me anything for the visit, just explained the different options if I wanted to replace the faucet. I will definitely be calling him for any plumbing work in the future because I am confident he will show up on time, be honest and straightforward, and not try to charge me any more than necessary. Thanks Mike!
I was so glad to have a plumber who was pleasant to have in my house! He didn't complain about the job or say he wouldn't do it (I had that happen once) he just did it well and cleaned up afterward. Thank you!
