I phoned that I thought I was going to be late for my appointment and timeframe was adjusted. I arrived early and was still accommodated. I appreciate stylists and there profession. I understand that their time is valuable. I'm a believer of time being precious/using it wisely. I loved the experience at ulta. I will be back.“

“Love my hair !! I'm a weirdo and don't really like people touching my hair so I would always do my own. Julie she got most of my the black hair dye gone and was able to start the lighting process to a carmel blonde the same day.
