Very welcoming place, clean, nice respectful place. I meant a nice young lady at the reception desk named Tiana, she was very professional and guided me thru my options without any confusion and was very patient with me with things I didn’t understand. Other staff was also very nice as well I would highly recommend.
Dr. Shukla was amazing as was thr hygienist Ms. Sam. Both of them explained everything as they were doing it, gave clear instructions for before and after procedures. Both quelled my anxiety over the procedures. My only negative is the price for everything and medicaid not being accepted. It is very pricey out of pocket, especially when it is procedures you need to have or risk infection and other problems.
I had an amazing experience! Everything from start to finish was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the service was timely and respectful. You can truly tell they take pride in what they do. I would absolutely like to thank Tiana Smith The receptionist was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were organized, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their positive attitude and excellent communication truly made a difference in my experience.
