I was very pleased with the service I received. The plumber arrived on time for the morning appointment, and he assessed what parts were needed to complete the job.He picked up the parts and returned and completed the work. He was very nice, and he allowed me to watch and ask questions as he completed his work. He was very thorough and efficient.

My basement drain was backed up. I reached out to Advanced Drains and within a matter of a few hours, they had their technician at my house resolving the issue. The problem was resolved in a matter of minutes. I definitely would use Advanced Drains again in the future.

Danny from Advanced Drains and Plumbing Repairs was prompt and kept me up to date on what he was doing throughout the process. All issues were fixed quickly and the toilet is now functioning great! Great service and great work!
New service on 11/17/2025, Bill came out and like Dan was great. Great job and even gave me a temporary solution to tide me over till the fix is approved by my home insurance. Showed me the issue with pictures and I really felt like a I could trust him and the service. Great company!
