Wilmer and the fellows over at Midtech are a class act. He took the time to find several roofing options that worked within my budget. I must have obtained over 20 different quotes from various roofers in the area - everything from shingle to exposed faster metal to crimp lock standing seam metal. Midtech was a clear winner when it came to metal roofing! Wilmer did a great job explaining what I needed and what I didn't need. Midtech Standing Seam FAR EXCEEDED our expectations replacing our shingled mid-Century home with textured black standing seam metal and matching gutters. The organization and crew (Wilmer, Ervin, Chris, James, Rufus, Chase) were SENSATIONAL in every regard and aspect of the work - with EXCEPTIONAL craftsmanship, attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency. They went out of their way to accomodate any question/concerns we had and worked-in special requests for addition of roof vents, exhaust fan housings, and installation of a permanent safety anchor point. We couldn't be more pleased with the overall POSITIVE EXPERIENCE and outcome of their work.

Others would charge us 300. Wilmer came in and repair it for 50 only. He is very honest not trying to sell us anything. Do the work. Get it done. Great attitude. Just a nice nice person. They also did the replacement for my neighbors. That was beautiful!
