I can’t recommend Brad highly enough. I had a plumbing issue under my basement slab and ended up replacing my entire sewer line out to the street. Brad was able to pipe burst from the house to the street and only had to dig a small section of my lawn out. In the basement, it was a major demolition but his team was very clean and contained as much debris as possible. Although it was a project I was dreading, he made it manageable. He communicated throughout the process, was punctual, and even though the project took 4-5 days, he made sure we had sewer hookup each night. We were referred to Brad and man did he deliver. He came a few hours after calling him knowing we had a potential problem at hand. He inspected diligently, explained the issue, and fixed the issue within days. He was prompt, professional, and genuinely a nice guy. His services were explained and he explained when he’d be here and what he was doing. He is very fair and honest. I would recommend his work for plumbing or sewer to the fullest extent possible!
I can’t express how grateful we were to have Brad help us out. We were without water for 3 days and another plumbing company sent us through the ringer before we were referred to Brad. He is very skilled at what he does. Our pipes were frozen under the foundation of our home about 25ft out and he was able to get it thawed out, leaving us then with proactive tips for how to avoid this in the future.
