Tri-Century Eye Care Southampton Office

I was pressured to buy glasses that were not a good fit and not properly set up for me. They didn’t want to hear my concerns and kept pushing fir me to take the glasses. Paid over a thousand and can’t wear them now. Very disappointed. Will not return there

Very disturbed to find that the policy for eye glass prescriptions expiration has changed from 2 to 1 yr. For all the years I have been going here it has always been 2 years. First I was told it was a change in state law- false. I checked. And that the system has changed that date. Finally it appears to be a policy change within this practice. I follow with a retinal specialist every 2 months. I only require refraction. At 68 my vision has been stable since my cataract surgery many years ago. This is just a waste of money. Feels like a money grab. Medical care needs to be personalized. Not sure a blanket policy outside the lawful requirement fits the needs of the clients. At least not mine.

I would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to wait over an hour and fifteen to be seen by my doctor. Otherwise, great service.

Dr Fox was friendly and put my son at ease when he was upset for our urgent visit for eye care. He was thorough in his exam and addressed our concerns. We will be back to see him for our routine care given his excellent bedside manner and diagnostic skills.

First visit. People efficient and pleasant. Latest equipment is impressive.
