I tried a few different Cryo places, there are not that many around, and this one by far supersedes all of them. The staff at Cryo Spa Natural Healing Center is a step above the rest at how friendly and knowledgable they are. I had a constant pain from the herniated disks in my neck. I turned to cryo therapy in hopes of finding relieve. I was recommended to undergo a 10-sessions treatment which I did in 20 days. The recommendation was to do it every day or every other day. I did it every other day. I am happy to report I am now completely pain free. I am planning to continue coming every week to maintain my pain-free state. I have been seeing Lucy for at least four years. It was around this time I was diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome, an autoimmune disease. Before I began shiatsu with Lucy, I was in debilitating pain that left me couch bound most evenings and weekends. I canceled out on social events, and spent most of my free time in bed.
I can honestly say after these years of seeing Lucy weekly and sometimes bi-weekly, I feel better now than I have in the past ten years. Prior to becoming Lucy's client, I was taking motrin daily, several times a day. Now I may go days and weeks without having to take any pain medication.
