The technicians who installed the Fireplace insert were very knowledgeable and explained the process and instructions on how to use in a way that was easy to understand and follow. Allan Don was my technician. He was excellent in explaining my problem and options to fix my issue. I opted for a new gas insert. He reviewed and explained my options clearly. The install went great. Everything was explained to me after the install, the maintenance and how to use the new unit. I would highly recommend Estate Chimney and Allan Dom.
