I called Cindel to service my heater, Josh arrived when he said he would, he was very courteous and explained to me what was happening with the heater. He cares about his customers and provides great service. I highly recommend Cindel for all your HVAC issues, Josh will resolve them.

In the middle of this heat wave my A/C conked out. I called Cindel and got the answering service. Josh called me back almost immediately. At first he said he would do his best to fit me in to his already full next day & assured me he would call and keep me posted. About a half hour later he texted me and said he would come early in the morning and make me his first stop. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He had the part he need in his truck. He even texted back later in the day to be sure it was working properly. I highly recommend Josh for any HVAC needs!
