We've been through a lot of let's say questionable oil heater services. Oil burner are becoming a rare skill and they have the guys that know how to repair a 30 year old school. Great experience from beginning to never ending now that I joined their club service program as well. Really feel this peace of mind today. My heater isn't easy to fix. lan and Jim as asked, put their time and quality all in. We're all old now but this young padawan they have coming through; and the training he's getting with all positive energy incorporated. Rare to see this. Pop and I Thank You. I had a recent experience with Affordable Fixes and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment they arrived, they treated everyone in my home with respect and were professional throughout the entire process. They were very transparent, clearly explaining all of my options along with the pros and cons of each. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. They scheduled the installation quickly and made sure I had the chance to inspect and approve everything before they finished. I'm very pleased with the work and will definitely be using them for any future HVAC or plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
Really great customer service and personal staff. The technicians are really knowledgeable. Walked me through everything. The work was completed in a timely manner, much faster than I thought it would. Definitely would use them again.
