I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Loren Disque, my Mortgage Loan Officer at Univest, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, his knowledge and expertise were evident. Loren took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable every step. I never had to worry about unanswered calls or delayed responses. He was always available and made it a priority to keep me informed throughout the entire process. This level of service made what can often be a stressful experience much more manageable.

Loren’s dedication to customer service and expertise in the field are truly commendable!

I’ve been with Univest for 14-15 years and have grown to dislike the company. So much has changed and the customer service is less than stellar. Apparently the status on my loan has changed and no one is able to tell me why. I’ve called 3 times and emailed, no response. I pay on time and this is effecting my credit negatively. I am switching over to PNC and Discover as they are more honest, plus they look out for their customers.
