We had a great experience with Premier Pools from start to finish(late Nov. 2024 - end June 2025), especially being 1 1/2hrs away(Lititz, Pa) from their store…along with us delaying things a bit choosing styles). Trust me, I got estimates from multiple pool installers near me, but felt that Premier offered the best package deal. Additionally, everyone at Premier was great to work with; Mike(sales/design), Tyler(build/design), Amanda(consult/scheduling), Big Mike(build), and the rest of the crew! I initially did a virtual call with Mike to walk me through what they had to offer, due to schedule conflicts, which went better than I expected. Then I met with Mike at my home to assess my yard, ask my wants vs. needs, and shared his thoughts on design for our pool. He even shared pics of his own pool as an example. We didn’t really have a number in mind, but I expressed that I’m not looking for it to get out of control. Mike didn’t try to upsell anything at all and was more than patient with all of my questions. Of course, with any big project like this there’s always a few hiccups, from weather delays to hitting solid rock, but these guys were on top of everything. Tyler was always on site to address any concerns and make sure we were ok with things before they became permanent. Everyone was great throughout the build process and handled our indecisiveness in choosing color schemes extremely well, LOL! I’ve reached to Tyler with a question or two post-build and he took care of things. I still reach out to Mike with random questions and he’s great! Ultimately, we’ve had multiple comments from friends about how beautiful the pool looks and how well done the pool equipment was done! Our first summer with our new pool has been INCREDIBLE!Thanks to you all at Premier!!!
We loved our experience with Premier! Tyler was detailed oriented and trustworthy from the consultation to the final inspection. We did not experience any unexpected costs or issues. With any large job, there is a lot of information given to you at once; Amanda is a phone call or email away! She does an excellent job reiterating that information and communicating with you during the pool building process. Premier and the subcontractors were respectful, timely and professional when onsite. We have had our first of many happy summers around our pool with friends and family. Thank you Premier! Also Nikki at the pool store, tests our water and helps us keep the pool blue and beautiful!
