We had Michael DePreta out to my mom’s house after a bat got inside, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind and patient with my elderly mom, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Michael went above and beyond to handle the situation quickly and professionally—while keeping us calm and informed the entire time. I can’t say enough good things about him. Highly recommend Michael and Ehrlich for any pest control needs—definitely a 10-star experience!

Kemar Nichols is a true professional, he works so hard to address any and all concerns that I have, he is extremely knowledgeable, he is very reliable, and I would say that he is the best technician that I have ever met…. he’s very caring and I always feel that he has gone the extra mile to help me each time he is here….
