I don't give 5 star ratings because it's kinda cliche to me. This is one place that I really should. I can't say enough about everyone on staff. Professional and personable at the same time. Mary knows what she's doing with hair cutting tools. She's a high-end pro. I've lived less than a half mile from them for 15 years. I CAN NOT believe that it's taken me so long to check them out. If only a passing thought of finding someone else to style your hair, just go there. Not only will you NOT be disappointed, you will be impressed. Pics to follow.

I would absolutely recommend Broad Appeal to anyone! Although I have a stylist that I always see, the other stylists and ladies at the front desk are always so nice, welcoming, and complimentary. My stylist, Daphne is amazing! She is honest about what can and can't be done. I trust her 100% with my hair! We have reached the stylist/client friendship that I can now tell her to do whatever she wants with my hair; she asks me a few general length/bang questions, and my hair always looks amazing in the end! Oh and the head massages during shampooing are the best!
