Furnace went out on a cold February day. Contacted Shane Shaffer. They were able to make a service call within an hour. The tech was able to diagnose and make necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. All while remaining professional and at a very reasonable price considering the emergency call. Highly recommend would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you for keeping my family warm and comfortable!!

Shane Shaffer, Inc. priced and installed a replacement, 3-zone boiler system (plus thermostats) in my 100+ year-old house in October, and the entire process was flawless from beginning to end. Professional, efficient, courteous and friendly...the entire job was done in less than 6 hours with minimal disruption, and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. Shane Shaffer, Inc. continues to prove why they're the only game in town for HVAC and plumbing.
