During the coldest days of January, my furnace decided to stop working. I needed specific parts to fix it and I could not find them. I called Mensers' and explained my situation. They did not have the parts I needed on hand. However, Joan worked diligently until she found what I needed. Thank you Joan!! Kudos to Joan and the menser team!!

Menser Inc. did a great job installing 2 new heating oil tanks for me. Didn't have much room to get down in basement. But all worked out quite well. Thanks to the whole crew. Joan included. I like the out come and no leaks.

Menser Inc is professional and always on time. Every time I call them, they make a quick appointment to send a technician to help you with any problems. They also gave me a free estimate on a new furnace. Three different estimates from them. We ordered the new furnace with Menser Inc. It came in within one week of ordering it. On March 16, 2022, they came to install a new furnace, installed a new thermostat, and did a lovely job. ''They gave me heat again''. AWESOME JOB AGAIN.Services: HVAC duct & vent repair
