Wonderful place and people! Very happy with the whole process. They built me my home and couldn’t be more happy. They go above and beyond! I send like 100 emails a week and Brenda always answers! I would recommend to everyone! Mark went above and beyond by having them install a pump so it would be easier for me to give my goats water! Very thoughtful! My Parents have been buying homes and dealing with Hemmingers for as long as I can remember. I LOVE how knowledgeable the service guys are. Its unreal. They were at my home 2day and I was expecting complete chaos and the guy had my hot water tank fixed and was ready to leave in about 25 minutes... I was told I needed a brand new tank and all new parts to connect cause my house is older. ALL LIES. Just because my hook ups are copper means nothing. They are coming back to fix my bathroom and sink next. I won't go with anyone else from now on. I see why my parents were so loyal all these years... and people leaving bad reviews are probably ridiculous people anyway.... read full review

Brenda, Has gone above and beyond helping to get us into our new home. Any time that we have had a concern she has done everything she can to help. If you are looking for a new home I would definitely call her and Hemminger Homes.
