Lori was an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire process it was clear she had our best interest at heart and she helped us get into a home we never thought we could. After purchasing a house out of state, I needed to sell my present home. An online search listed Lori Hilliard as the top real estate agent in the area and I am pleased to say it was right. Lori moved quickly to list our home and was willing to help in any way to prepare the it for showing. Even after we left for our new home out of state, Lori continued to work diligently to find a perspective buyer. Lori was also available 24/7 answering questions and helping to meet the buyers requests in order to have everything taken care of by the closing date. Our home sold withing a week. Lori Hilliard is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She's very friendly, professional and responsive. She is also very well versed in VA loans which is a big plus since most aren't. She was able to look at houses for us, because we were out if state and let us know if the pics were accurate and if there'd be any issues with VA. I would highly recommend calling Lori if your looking to buy a home or property or if you want yo sell yours. She will work harder than anyone I've ever dealt with before!!
