I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this notary, including with more complex PennDOT paperwork, and I genuinely don’t understand the negative feedback I’ve seen. They are knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough, especially when it comes to ensuring documents are completed correctly before submission.
They took the time to explain the process, fees, and requirements clearly, including what PennDOT does and does not control, which saved me a lot of confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed.
Absolutely, love. Going to Cathy, anytime I have a title that needs to be done or anything that has to deal with the idiots at Penn dot. She has helped me with 6 of my fire truck titles that they were giving me a hard time with. And now we're just waiting for an outer state rv. Title that hopefully will go through without any issues. Because they are a pain in the, you know what? But Kathy is a great lady. Give her all of your business.

I received their services yesterday. Susan was who helped me through the process. She was SOO friendly, welcoming, helpful, and patient! I went there for a title transfer, registration and a new license plate and she made the whole process fast and easy. I was in and out of there within 10-15 mins ! I called the business before I went in and she was equally as delightful on the phone as in person.
