The team did a lovely job moving many items from our patio, powerwashing it and repairing the damaged Topcoatz then resealing it and replacing the flower pots and grill on the patio. We also had them install a block border along the front edge of the patio for future protection from mowers and string trimmers. The blocks were installed a little higher than I would prefer but it wasn't noticed until the installation was complete. So we decided to accept the change.

We are very happy with the hardscaping Pappas did for us. They were recommended by a friend, and from the first contact, they were responsive and accommodating, helping us to solidify our ideas and iron out the wrinkles. The crew definitely knew their craft, understood the plan without lots of explanation on our part, kept us in the loop, and even improved upon a few things along the way. They were tidy and well-mannered. Only regret was not calling Pappas sooner!

Exceptional service and craftsmanship! Rich and Dan have completed several projects over the past year and I am very pleased. Beautiful patio with built in grill, screened porch and landscaping.
