“We were extremely happy with R&B Remodeling! Roy always answered my texts, calls and emails and showed up when he said he would. Some of our cabinets were damaged in shipping (no fault to roy) and he came back as soon as the new pieces arrived to install them. James went well beyond to make us happy. A refrigerator that we had ordered from Lowe’s showed up with a small ding in the door. While we were thinking we may be able to negotiate with Lowe’s to make a price adjustment, James was having no part of it. On his own, he loaded up the damaged refrigerator, returned it to Lowe’s, then drove to Home Depot (a distance away) and bought one that didn’t have a scratch on it.
