“Let me start with I was in real estate for over a decade and have dealt with dozens of builders in that time. Twin is building our house in the Poconos now. We're about a month or two out from completing it. I can't say enough about Shawn and Scott so far. We've been at this for almost three years now between finding the right lots, to customizing the blue prints, to talking about every last detail, to almost being completed. It's all went very smoothly. I have not had a call ignored, a question go unanswered, or a concern not addressed. They've at this point, because we talk so much and are around each other so much, have turned into quasi friends to an extent. Really really great stand up guys, who do quality work, and are straight forward. Worth every penny. And before you ask why I'm leaving this before completion, we've had multiple family members build through them, and they over a decade later have had no issues. So I'm confident what we've experienced so far will be the same going forward. If not, I'll adjust my review.Don't fall for the gimics with the other builders in the area, just build with Twin. You won't regret it.“
