We are beyond the moon pleased with Fran’s renovation of our kitchen and first floor. It took us awhile to pick our cabinets and finishes; Fran was patient and helped us each step of the way with on-site visits, showrooms visits and to see samples at her gorgeous studio. We were pleased with each and every one of the contractors. They each delivered top notch craftsmanship and work, and they all loved our big, loud 100 lb dog. Fran was really on top of the schedule and kept the work moving at each step, and she provided emails several times a week with who would be there and when. We chose this company because neighbors recommended them, and now I understand why. The craftsmanship around the tile and trim details looks really polished. The crew also stayed surprisingly respectful about noise levels early in the morning, which mattered since my husband works overnight shifts.
Fran and her expert team were wonderful to work with as we took on a massive home renovation removing a wall separating our kitchen and dining room. She was responsive to our queries and was incredibly thoughtful in taking us through the process step-by-step. Very happy with the final result.
