For starters, I was afraid of going to the chiropractor because I had heard so many bad stories of things that have happened to other people. Another reason was that I just didn’t like the sound of “cracking”. This contributed to my fear. I have suffered from headaches/migraines for the majority of my life and have also been experiencing lower back pain for quite a few years. Not only is he personable, but he helped me to feel more calm and relaxed in my first appointment than I thought was going to be possible. Over the last few months, I have seen improvement in the amount of headaches/migraines I get. I used to get anywhere from 2-4 a week. Since getting adjusted I’ve had 4 headaches/migraines (over a 4 month period), which also means that I have not had to take my prescription migraine medicine, or any medication near as much. Dr. Connelly has helped me to overcome my fear of chiropractors, as well as helping me improve so that I am able to enjoy the little things in life.
