Sometimes when you try a new barber for the first time, that first cut isn’t exactly what you have it mind but not with Kenny. Even after I was running late to my appointment, he kindly took me in, I showed him a couple pictures, and he was so spot on. The whole time he was unhurried and kept a great conversation. I also had the chance to meet the owner who took the time to greet me and give me a handshake. Finally, the shop is incredibly clean and the atmosphere is calm. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

The receptionist or office manager is AMAZING. I called not even really knowing what was going on. Long story short, my well pressure pump stopped working. Had a plumber come out and he quoted me $8,100 for a new well pump and I almost paid it except he mentioned, “the lines are dead, there’s no power going to it”. So I thought, let me call an electrician just to be safe. Well the receptionist had someone out at my house literally 45 mins later even though they were totally booked that day. She said she’d talk to some people in the office and see what she could do. The service tech was kind and professional, best part- had everything working in about 10 minutes and saved me 8k. He explained exactly what happened and how to prevent it in the future. These guys are the real deal. Good customer service is hard to find but, customer service that goes above and beyond? That’s priceless to me. Austin’s is exceptional!

Rosalyn has been doing my hair for a few years now and she never misses. She also has been cutting my son's hair for the past year and a half, who is 5 and has autism. The haircut process is very stressful for him and she is extremely patient and will try every method possible to keep my son comfortable during his haircut. I highly recommend her to everyone !
Got a referral to this firm in 2022 and have been going back each year! I have no Ty business and personal tax returns and Sandy has been brilliant, helping me determine deductions and depreciations that I didn’t know were possible. I’ve had to have taxes done for two states initially, and she was a wiz at that! My daughter has used her remotely since she lives out of state and has been pleased, too. My only suggestion: get your appointment early because when tax season gets started, they book fast! Speaking of books, they even have a lending library in their waiting room! Free books, actually. Parking in the back. Not sure if they have an alternate accessible entrance, you’d need to call and ask. Side entrance to the first floor has lots of steps.
I brought a bunch if computer parts to him so he can build a completely new pc for me. The parts in totally costed about 2.1k. He also was a very understanding person because I has some anxiety about how the build will go. He actually got it together perfectly. No issues what so ever brought it home plugged it in and everything worked completely fine. I will most definitely be bringing it back to him if I ever run into any issues I cannot fix

I just recently moved to the area. I saw the sign and I thought I would give them a try. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had Dr Harris she really took the time to explain everything to me about my eyes, something my previous eye doctor did not. The store was very clean and they had a nice selection of frames. They made me feel very welcomed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for glasses!
Michelle is an amazing masseuse! I cam in for post injury muscle stiffness and soreness and she was able to get right ti the heart of the problem! Amazing!

I am SO thankful that I found atlas chiropractic and Dr Marc. I’ve been dealing with years of neck and back issues and he is truly the only dr that has listened to me and given me relief with pain. If your child is renting an instrument through elementary school up and past high school, I highly recommend contacting the String Tree. Our school had us rent from another place- they were not local and they were hard to deal with on repairs, then we tried a second place in Wyomissing, couldn’t get the caliber of instrument we wanted. A great friend referred us to String Tree- they had all levels of instruments, they were patient and answered all of our questions. We have been renting from them for over 5 years and still recommend them- wish we would have found them sooner. Thanks for the great service
