They should really be shut down at this point. They move one of their doctors 45 minutes away from us and then can't even schedule us with another doctor in the office until December? What kind of joke is that? Every time we call or go to this office there's an issue. It's really just ridiculous. Don't go here. Find another pediatrician.

Front desk staff is rude. It's actually ridiculous you can't schedule a sick visit in advance. The whole point of an appointment is so you can make arrangements. I shouldn't have to "call at 7am" to try and get an appointment. My kid is still sick, and it's because these doctors don't care. Prescribing antibiotic after antibiotic for months.... They need to seriously reevaluate their staff. The office manager Beth, won't even answer her phone either. Find a different PCP

I enjoy the staff, and definitely get the best treatment. But having to wait 3-5 business days for a medical release form to get filled out which I stated upon dropping the form off at the practice was an urgent matter, and that I needed it done ASAP, is a bit unreasonable. Would definitely have gone somewhere else for the form to get filled out.

Tried to call in about my inhaler and changing pharmacys and one of the ladies in the office named Debbie was very rude and cut me off mid sentence and transferred my call before i even finished talking. Talk about rude and unprofessional.
