My wife and I met Ryan to discuss getting flooring in my parents house. When we got there, we were greeted and asked a few questions to get us in the right direction. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Any questions we had were answered well beyond our expectations. Never pressured into any decision. After 2 hours we found our flooring. We scheduled our date.
The day of installation was awesome Ryan and his crew showed up confirmed what flooring was going in each room. Recommended some stuff to make installation easier for the overall look (also the house was built in 1880) and function of the flooring.
Randy and his crew have installed flooring in every room of my home…carpeting, LVT, ceramic tile, and linoleum…over the years. Randy has given me advice on selecting products when I had difficulty deciding. He and his crew always did a great job from start to finish. They’ve come to my house between projects to give me advice and help when I needed to replace appliances and was concerned about scratching the kitchen floor. I highly recommend Randy’s Carpets!
