We have a routine service contract with Orkin for many years. Their service has always been excellent. As part of their service we were offered a free termite inspection. Luckily there was no termite issue found. Unfortunately they did find another more devastating issue. We had an infestation of mice. Living in the country that is always possible. Barry Kohl and Adam Frank were very thorough in their inspection and explained everything in detail. Fortunately Orkin was able to complete the extraction completely and with great speed. Orkin recently completed a rodent and squirrel exclusion service at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Rob and Michael were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to identify and seal every possible entry point, giving our family real peace of mind.
When the issue was first identified, we were informed that exclusion work was not included as part of our regular pest control service, which we completely understood. This type of work is much more intensive and requires specialized attention to properly address the problem.
Fantastic professional work is all I can say!! They are definitely the best in pests. I was a little skeptical at first because you read reviews and wanna pick who’s right for your home and family. I am so glad I picked Orkin. Don’t believe some negative reviews, make your own opinion, like we did!! Very happy customer!!
