These guys are great people, kind, respectful, and diligently worked on a lemon of a boiler/water heater, spending much time and making multiple trips to fix it. They worked things out to the customer's best interest and took care of them tremendously well. They provided a fast response with no charge for a visit, giving a breakdown on why a heater was battling to keep up. They are prompt, professional, and efficient, getting to a system check within a couple of days. They have provided great service for 20+ years, replacing an aged furnace, emergency replacing a blower during a snow storm, and adding and repairing AC. They responded quickly, found and resolved an AC issue within an hour, and the price was grounded and reasonable. The team is solid with solid management. They offer outstanding service and are highly recommended for all HVAC needs.

We had a combo boiler/water heater in our house, that was pretty new, but never really worked well, and gave all kinds of problems. We got Bud and his brother to come out and work on it. Let me tell you they REALLY worked on it! The thing was a lemon and had all kinds of problems. They tried all sorts of things with it and ordered parts for it and Diligently worked, making multiple trips to our place and trying all kinds of things to fix it.

Called Sunday morning with no heat. My 8 month old son was freezing. Whitney’s was here and had it fixed by 10 am. Such unbelievable service, we will always use Whitney’s from now on.
Our heater was battling to keep up in the frigid weather and Bud gave us a breakdown on why that's happening and to change the type of filters we are using with no charge for the visit! Fast response and great service, we will definitely use them going forward for HVAC issues.
