Awesome experience. My septic pump was down for the count. In 40 minutes the very knowledgeable technician diagnosed that my wiring had failed, fixed the connection with a double waterproof connection and finished everything up. Great service. Very pleased. Keep up the great work!
the 2 technicians who showed up to replace my solid septic tank cover with the newer style cover with lid and riser were very professional. They explained to me what they were going to do and why. They even suggested an improved method of cover installation and I am glad I listened to them and let them do it. Mr Neighdig (?) and Mr Rosenberry were awesome! Thanks guys!
Called them on a Monday or Tuesday I believe and they said they'd be out later in the week. A few hours later I got a call ( just needed my septic pumped) and they said they'd be out Wednesday morning which I was very grateful for. Brent was my tech and he showed up at a reasonable time that morning. He was courteous and respectful and explained everything he did! What's also nice is this can essentially be a no contact situation if you aren't able to be home which makes me more comfortable in case I need this done next time on a day my husband and I will both be at work. Highly recommend!!
