Iv had them come out three times, two times for my hot water heater. It was a simple thermostat fix both times. They could have lied upsold me a brand new unit since I don’t know what I’m doing so they are honest. Friendly on the phone, and I easily texted with my technician. I also had them replace a garbage disposal it was not outrageous and it works great.
