Great service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very professional. Really goes the extra mile to get you exactly what YOU want. Never felt pressured into a certain make or model. Answered all my questions and explained every step of the process. Highly recommend.
Had a great experience with them yesterday. They were able to come out on a 100 degree day to get our AC fixed. The guy that came out was super friendly, great to work with, and did a very thorough job. Highly recommend using them!
Fricks had come out in 2022 to replace a bad capacitor and then came and filled our slowly leaking coolant. This time it was to replace the unit fully finally. Very happy with results. Hottest heat wave in a long time hit a week after this install so extremely happy to not have to deal with yet another emergency call due to some failure in an old system. They communicated the way that works for me best which was email but could've just called or texted just the same. Great family business and one everyone should use if local.
