Very professional with excellent contracts, graphic designs and pictures, and warranties. Mark went the extra step with kiln drying the wood a second time so it would not curve and bend in the weather. Nice staining choices that penetrate the wood. Prompt for appointments and built the deck in two days. I highly recommend.
Shout out to the guys at William Penn Renovation LLC.. I needed the siding pulled and replaced on one side of my home. (Wind damage) I called Mark at Willaim Penn and a few days later his guys were here. They were very good and did not waste time. Start to finish was just 4 hours! Thanks again guys, it looks great!
Mark initially came out to discuss project, options and then provided estimate, as promised, to replace wood deck boards with composite deck boards for a twelve-by-ten deck. His team of professionals were punctual, responsive, and hard-working from beginning to end, which resulted in quality installation. I am impressed by overall value and experience. I am now able to enjoy deck because it not only looks good, but completely functional. I appreciate his team for doing such a wonderful and stress-less experience.
