I unfortunately feel that the quality of service here is inconsistent. Today I recieved a mani/pedi. I showed the technician a design I was interested in and she said she could do it. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding, and she thought I was just asking for the color in the photo, not the design itself. I told her no worries! We settled on cute stickers instead of a design. I could tell she was rushing from her body language. Overall, the design we settled on looks cute, but the quality is poor. My nails are different shapes, there’s bubbles in the polish, there is paper from the stickers visible in the clear coat, wrinkles in the stickers, and old polish visible... read full review
They do an amazing job. I have gotten my nails done there for months. This last time I didn't like the color and asked if they could be fixed and nanette spent the extra time to change the color for me. I felt so bad but she was so understanding and helpful.
This place was amazing! It was very cute inside with a flower wall and neon sign which I just thought was very aesthetically pleasing. The music was very good, I personally loved it because they were actually playing Rihanna and Britney Spears songs. I would prefer to listen to that instead of that boring old school spa music. I got these nails called “cateye” nails and out of multiple different kinds I picked the brown one for the fall. I have never seen anything like this before and I have been going to get my nails done for years.
