It was a positive experience. Good communication as to when they would arrive. George was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and told me how he fixed it. I appreciated the helpful info he provided.
They came out very quickly to address my issue. The technician was fast, friendly and very professional. I was an hvac contractor for 8 years and Joe did a fantastic job and he was honest. I felt the cost of the igniter itself was pretty high but I was very impressed with the tech and his attitude and skill. He had multiple tools that sped up the troubleshooting process. Overall I would recommend Gault as a company and Joe as a tech. Also your $85 service call was very reasonable compared to some of the other larger local companies so that was also a welcome surprise.
Tech was very knowledgeable very polite pointed out a few things to me. Everything’s all right with that. The only problem I had was installing a $10 part charging $300 to do that and it’s only two screws that was a little hard to swallow.
