I got lucky to not only get continuation of business hours, but I also got a fresh fade for the commencement of my Philadelphia trip. I love Kalahari. Front desk and housekeeping and restaurant service were awesome. Rest of staff NOT so much. Needs retraining. Not s good look. 1 security guard in particular, very unprofessional
