I was exited to. Have a new supplier,. So far I must say I have been disappointed. The equipment that was shipped to me arrived. Quickly, but it was the wrong equipment.calling and getting to a representative requires a lot of patience . Between holding for a long time then you get switched and switched again. Finally you get a representative who knows and is quick to solve the problem.
They switched me to a local representative, there was no way to comunícate directly with her. She found our house and brought the right equipment except for. A heated tube and filters. She simply did not get that information.
So a new heated tube will be sent. I hope going forward...read full review
The two coaches I’ve spoken with have been knowledgeable and patient. They offered trouble shooting and good ideas. Answered all of my questions. I felt more confident when we hung up
