Bought a house that turned out to be infested with millions of carpet beetles that flew throughout the house. Pesticide companies promised a 70% success rate, if I vacuumed the entire house including furniture and shelves, and washed all my clothes in hot water and threw them inside a dryer at high heat for 1 hour. Many of them advertised "fumigation", but none of them actually used gas; they all just spray pesticides along the baseboards.
Finally found Western Fumigation. Very professional, very thorough, very expensive. Required 2 treatments with Vikane gas, 2 weeks apart. Sealed the entire house exterior with tarps beginning at 9AM; I was able to re-enter the house at 8PM the next day. They left the house exactly as they found it with nothing damaged whatsoever. Every living plant and insect inside the house was dead....perfect!!! I can't recommend them highly enough

Polite people ...I went and drop off the release form and still had to send the picture to the insurance company to get it release, they were given my insurance company a hard time.. make sure you have a copy or a picture of your release form just in case

We had a pretty catastrophic storm drain backup during a recent rain event. Another local company came to check out the issue and, after saying they'd get back to us with an estimate, they instead completely ghosted us. I emailed GPC when I hadn't heard back from the first place a week later and Ozzie was here the same day to check out the issue. He gave me a quote on site and we scheduled service for two days later. The guys got here first thing this morning and, three and a half hours later, everything is flowing beautifully and looks good as new. Responsive, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, didn't try to up sell us unnecessary ad ons, efficient and friendly service. You literally cannot ask for more. Don't hesitate to reach out to these guys if you should need their service!
This review is being written in the aftermath of a dispute with the company. You may be curious as to why a review is being written after dispute. Upon receiving no response to an initial request Mike called me personally to resolve the issues. We came to an agreement using good old fashioned courtesy and the agreement was honored. None of us should expect everything to be perfect but we should acknowledge when something gets done to our satisfaction.
