Marcus and crew (Marco, Logan, Matt) were amazing. They completed the multi day job on time even with some unexpected delays (had to dig a trench, install a sump pump, install carbon fiber straps and vapor barrier). Marcus communicated with me each day on the status of the project and explained in detail how the new system would work once completed. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves! I am very pleased with the quality of work and excited for a dry basement!

Great experience working with Kyle and Matt! Job completed on time and to my satisfaction!! Communication was on point, I knew when they were coming and they were always on time, communicating all the way!! They easily explained everything so I could understand the process! I would highly recommend Groundwork’s to anyone needed a dry basement!!

Sean McLaughlin came in professional and respectful and he even closed doors, turned out lights in the basements and made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left. His inspection was quick but thorough and he answered my concerns about emptying my hot water tank into the grated collection areas and is following up with any recommendations for how to do it the next time that may make it easier due to high sediment in the tank causing elements to burn out and needing to flush it out often.
