After they changed from Sewickley Valley Pediatrics this whole practice slowly went down hill. The good old doctors are all gone/retired. The nurses who call to read test results are not helpful and don’t know answers to questions or are interested in finding out for you. They leave you to figure stuff out on your own. The doctors here within this practice don’t listen to your concerns. They “assume” without doing scans or proper testing. I use to swear by Sewickley Valley Pediatrics , not anymore. We are switching practices. I’m fed up.

Personally, I found them great. Staff was friendly and kind. The dentist was very sweet and explained everything perfectly. They were gentle. I only waited maybe 5 minutes after my appt time to be seen. Absolutely recommend.

We chose this office because of location. Aside from that, there is no other reason to go here. We just switched to a different practice.You can never get anyone on the phone. If you do, it is impossible to get a same day sick appointment. You can't even schedule one for the following day - you have to call back at 8am the next morning and cross your fingers you might be able to secure one of the few they keep open after 4pm for sick appts. Aside from annuals and vaccines, the whole point of a ped is to see someone when you are sick!We were 8 mins late once for an annual due to unpredicted road construction and they refused to see us.
