Love this studio, especially Rachel’s classes are excellent! Super clean, spacious, good amount of heat. I will say experience isn’t required, but I feel like it would be hard to start yoga here. Highly recommend!

I started at Salt 8 years ago after a trauma in my life. Salt was life saving and life changing. I practiced for 7 years at Seven Fields until I moved to Sewickley and I now practice in Sewickley. For 8 years the classes at both studios have been consistently wonderful and caring. It's physical and mental therapy and a great work out too. The instructors - the Rachels, Robin, Dezza, the Kellys, Lizzie, Paul and more - are consistently terrific every time, every class. I am so lucky to have found this place. I am hooked for life.

Excellent yoga studio tucked into the heart of Sewickley. They have a full schedule of classes, great instructors that over deliver and have something to offer everyone whether it's your first day on the mat or you've been at it for years. Highly recommend.
