I personally enjoy the reminders because I actually forget making my families appointment when I schedule them a year in advance. I’ve never waited long in the waiting room, the hygienist is always kind & friendly, the dentist is always quick & to the point. I always go back to the room with my daughter & chit chat with the hygienist like we are family, which is super nice when you’re at the dentist! Who can say they feel that comfortable at the worst type of medical appointment! The scheduler is always helpful working around my busy schedule as well! I would recommend the whole staff for anyone looking to switch to a new dentist.“
