I am a member of the club. Sensei Michael does a great job blending Traditional Shotokan Karate with practical self-defense training plus mental focus and physical conditioning. Sensei Lou brings another experienced teacher to the team and together, they expand the wealth of knowledge and ability to teach the art.
The years of experienced instruction are reflected and on point in every corner of martial arts they teach here. Their rates are the BEST in the area for working families. They teach self-defense, kata and Escrima stick defense. If you're a busy parent and you know your child would get a lot out of karate this a wonderful dojo. The adult classes are extremely beneficial for beginners and novices as well.
