We love this place. They helped make my preschooler be confident in a social setting through their little ninja program. They worked with my son to stand up for himself if anyone tries to overpower him with not so friendly intentions. I have seen Sensei Justin kneel down to talk to younger kids and make them comfortable. If any kid is not in mood to go inside for the class they usually come out, talk to the kid, make them comfortable to step in and give importance to that kid to make them feel included. Whether you are sending your child to class to learn self-defense and discipline along with the core values of karate or if you, yourself, are looking to learn, the right school, right instructor, makes ALL the difference. My son, who has a social anxiety disorder, has been attending Maximum Impact now for almost two years. All the instructors have provided a safe and warm environment which has contributed to remarkable progress with him overcoming social fears and overall self confidence. The Sensei’s are excellent role models.
