To wait nearly an hour was bad enough and to watch two grown men come in later than I did and be seen before me and one leave as I still waited is not how I would run my business! And having gotten rid of your late hours in the service industry and make people take time off work to be seen and making them wait! If you know you are running this late call me and ask me what I want to do reschedule or offer to stay late another night so I do not have to take off! Running late is 15 minutes tops not nearly an hour!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Lee and staff. Everyone is so warm and welcoming like family. Dr Lee is very compassionate and patiently takes the time to explain every procedure and process. He takes time to put me at ease, making sure that I’m comfortable. His follow up care is just as exceptional.

CROOKS! Took my money for a cleaning and didn’t do it because they recommended a “deep” cleaning which I did not commit to. Said they would apply my payment towards that. Again, of which I did not agree to. I am uninsured and paid them cash and wasn’t sure if I was going to do the recommended procedure. I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned and now I’m out $150
