I can't say enough good things about McCormicks. I brought in a 67 year old child's coat and hat that had been mine. It was a dressy coat and I probably only wore it for a "photo op" and my mother tucked it away in the cedar chest. My great-granddaughter just turned one and we wanted to take her pic in the "cute little red coat and hat." I dug the coat out and was surprised it was in great shape but, wanted to clean it and thought an "organic" cleaning would be the best way to take care of the little family treasure. I was thrilled to find McCormicks, but even more thrilled to see their neat and clean store. It was evident by the inspection of the coat, by the person that handled "special, fragile" garments, that they would do the best job they could. When I picked the coat up I was so happy to see how good it looked....but, when I got it home I was shocked to see a 'missing button' sewn back on the coat. I knew the button was missing, but had no idea it was in one of the pockets, I guess it had been placed there by my Mom 67 years ago! What a kind gesture by the person taking care of the coat. This is customer service at it's best! I haven't seen this care taken by many merchants in a long time -- definitely not dry cleaners! Thank you McCormicks for a great job!!
I went into McCormick Brothers to pick up my son's military uniform and they told me there was no charge. I think that this is amazing how they appreciate the military. It made me cry. They will have my business forever.
